A very unique place. It was a 7500 square foot home converted into a restaurant. There are several rooms for people to gather. Some with pool tables, some with couches and a nice bar with tables around. The food was good, the ruban sandwich was excellent. We went for lunch and enjoyed it.
Dining here was great! We had a large party of 11, and staff accommodated us so we could eat in the game room and play while we waited for our orders to be prepared. We played pool, foosball, board games and pinball. Best buffalo chicken tenders I’ve ever had - large, flavorful and juicy. All burgers were delicious, and there is a good selection of beers on tap. We would return for the atmosphere and food!
Tracy Young was an amazing bartender this evening at the kettle head in Meredith, New Hampshire. Very attentive and quick. Good place to have a drink and home cooked meal. I recommend the 10oz pub steak with smashed potatoes and pretzel bites with beer cheese. Michelle Samson was a great hostess. Thanks Tracy and Michelle, I’ll be back soon.

Amazing place, food is fantastic! Try the Shepherds Pie and the NEW smash burger with the pickled onions! Just Awesome! Ask Charlie at the bar to mix you a long island iced tea and replace the coke with Cranberry. This drink gets the job done!.
If you like a large selection of tastey beer, great food, attentive service, and a low-key atmosphere, you will love Kettlehead. We stopped in at the recommendation of a friend while visiting NH. The chicken nuggets (small tenders) and mozzarella sticks were awesome. I tried a flight of NE style IPAs and the sour on tap, all were fantastic. There was lovely live music and the staff and patrons were very friendly and accommodating. There were even games that you could play, a few people were playing cards! Long story short--do yourself a solid and stop in!
Pulpy is perhaps the best "juicy" NE IPA that I've ever had. Super balanced, nice juicy taste without it being overdone, enough hop backbone to even things out. Food also is very good public fare.
Just came in to try some beer. All of the beer we tried had a smooth taste. Nothing had a bitter taste which is something some beer can have. Played some pool which brought back some memories of the younger years, going to the pool hall. Definitely going to try and other locations. Maybe try some food next time!
The food was great, the rustic physical vibe was great but Cassidy(?) was a 10/5! Definitely going back again and again when I'm in the area. I visited the tilton location years ago and didn't even know this one existed. What a great surprise!
We walked in at 4pm after another local pizza restaurant said they were only accepting reservations. Cold AC, cold beer, and great pizza. The wait staff was fantastic. Attentive, laid back, and enjoyable to chat with. These are folks that genuinely enjoy what a pub is, not just pumping through people. Kettlehead in tilton isn’t necessarily my favorite, so I was skeptical. This is far and away better than their original location. The taplist is more diverse, offering lagers and ales and not just pulpy IPAs. More indicative of a stay and hang facility. If you have kids, they are also welcome. Parents - be respectful of people. If you are, it’s a great spot to bring your kids to play pool, pinball and foosball. We had an absolute blast. Can’t wait to go back! The staff nailed the sprint of what Mames was… a public house welcoming all who want to have a chat and a good time.
